About Us

Opened in 2014 by three fellows, diverse by profession but like-minded. Mr. Amit Vadher, a food enthusiast and in the food industry for 20 years; Dr. Hiren Chauhan; a dentist having experience of more than 15 years and Mr. Kunal; an IT Engineer.
All three minds wanted to work on the ideology of healthy yet tasty fast food. Then and there they came up with ‘Brown Burger Co.’ and showcased the restaurant’s relationship straight with health, taste, and hygiene. Their restaurant is backed up with research and constant innovation to serve healthy food. Spreading its wings across the globe to reach every corner of the world with the health palate as their serving.

With core competence in food production and baking, he came up with the idea of launching Brown Burger Co. He is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong knack for the food and hospitality industry over 18 years and managing his 45 years old family business.

A dentist by profession, Dr. Hiren Chauhan has more than 15 years of experience in serving as a consultant aligner specialist in leading dental hospitals in Gujarat & Rajasthan. His keenness towards business growth, data analysis and sales & marketing pushed him to pursue an MBA after which he has served at leading healthcare organizations as a Zonal and Regional Sales Manager for several states.
